Skyrim Graphic Mods You need Right now

Skyrim is still a game played by many people. In fact, over 30,000 people play it everyday on average. No wonder that the mod community is still very big on this game. Still to this day, many mods get released everyday and to be honest, it's not going to slow down. Long term the data on Steam charts shows, that the playerbase is growing ... for a game from 2011!

That's why I thought: Why not make a little list with cool graphic mods you can have a look and download?

Still a blast to play this game, even in vanilla.

1. Skyrim 202X by Pfuscher

Let's start with a bomb. This mod speaks for itself to be real. You get lots of detailed and crisp textures for as little as a press of a button. Above you can see the product you get - for free! I mean it's really crazy. The amount of detail in these textures is beyond imagination. It's highly recommended.

2. Vivid Landscapes

The depth just makes this mod stand out

This one is also very cool. The snow in vanilla Skyrim is actually not bad I gotta say that after 14 years the snow would need an upgrade. I can think of this mod because it allows the snow to have some depth. That's very unique but gives a greater sense of realism without much changes elsewhere.

3. Skurkbro's Retexture Project Landscapes

This mod has many facets. It retextures entire objects in the landscape like grass, ice, rocks etc. and is a nice combination with Skyrim 202X by Pfuscher. Highly recommended if your PC has spare VRAM left lol.

4. Majestic Mountains

I like mountains.

Next up in the List is a mod called "Majestic Mountains". This mod basically completely revamps the mountains in the game by placing the Lighting in more natural way to cast more natural shadows, revamps the textures etc. It's a pretty cool mod and and good addition to the other mods already mentioned. I'm not sure if the performance at this point will already drop into Oblivion (pun intented) but you only know if you find out.

5. Blended Roads

It's hard to explain, you best look at the picture and judge for yourself. Not a must have but it's something that adds to the immersion a bit and more immersion is better than the same immersion ...
